The short version: 40 Strong is coaching and brotherhood, not medical, mental-health, legal or financial advice, and results depend on you. All fees are non-refundable. What brothers share stays in the brotherhood, and calls are never recorded.
1. Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and 40 Strong LLC, an Arkansas company led by Chris Zuiker (“40 Strong,” “we,” “us”). They apply to your use of 40strong.com and to any 40 Strong program, coaching, group call, app or brotherhood community you join (together, the “Program”). By using the site or joining the Program, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use them.
2. Who can join
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement.
3. The Program
The 40 Strong Program may include one-on-one coaching with Chris, group calls, the 40 Strong app, training on our frameworks, the Date Your Wife experience and access to the private brotherhood. What’s included, the schedule and the format may change over time, and we may update, pause or end parts of the Program. The details you receive when you join describe what you’re signing up for.
4. Not professional advice
Chris and 40 Strong are not doctors, therapists, counselors, lawyers, accountants or financial advisors, and nothing in the Program or on this site is medical, mental-health, legal, tax or financial advice. It is coaching and encouragement based on Chris’s experience and faith. Talk to a qualified professional about your own situation, and check with your doctor before starting any exercise, fasting or nutrition change. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, call or text 988 (the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or 911.
5. Your results are up to you
We can’t promise any particular outcome for your faith, marriage, family, health, business or income. Chris’s story and accomplishments, and any stories from other men, are their experiences, not a typical or guaranteed result. What you get out of 40 Strong depends on the work you put in.
6. Fees and payment — no refunds
- Fees for the Program are shown to you before you join and are due as agreed.
- All fees are non-refundable. This includes fees for sessions, calls or time you don’t use, and applies if you stop participating or leave the Program early.
- Missed one-on-ones or group calls are not made up or credited.
- If you pay over time, the remaining payments are still owed if you stop participating.
- We may pause your access if a payment is late.
7. Calls, texts and email
By sending our form or joining the Program, you agree that we may contact you by phone, text message or email about 40 Strong. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text, or email info@40strong.com, to opt out of messages you don’t want. We’ll still send what we need to about your participation.
8. The brotherhood: conduct and confidentiality
- Treat every brother with respect. No harassment, hate, threats or selling to other members.
- What another man shares in a call, chat or the community stays there. Don’t repeat, post or pass along anyone else’s story or personal information.
- We may remove anyone who breaks these rules or harms the brotherhood, without a refund.
9. No recordings
40 Strong does not record group calls or one-on-one sessions. Members may not record, screenshot, livestream or share calls or other members’ messages in any form.
10. Our content
The Program materials, worksheets, app content, videos, podcast, writing and the content of this site belong to 40 Strong LLC or the people who license them to us. You may use them for your own personal growth while you’re a member, but you may not copy, resell, share, teach or publish them without our written permission.
11. Using this website
Don’t misuse the site: no attempts to break into it, overload it, scrape it or use it for anything unlawful. Links to other services (such as Spotify, Apple Podcasts, YouTube, Instagram and X) are provided for convenience; those services have their own terms, and we aren’t responsible for them.
12. Disclaimer
The site and the Program are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, 40 Strong LLC and Chris Zuiker are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the site or the Program, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. You are responsible for your own decisions and actions, including any physical activity you choose to do.
14. Your responsibility
If your breach of these terms, or your conduct in the Program, leads to a claim against 40 Strong, you agree to cover the reasonable costs and losses that result.
15. Ending participation
You may stop participating at any time by telling us. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or don’t pay. Sections 4–6 and 8–16 continue to apply after you leave.
16. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas. If a problem comes up, email info@40strong.com first and give us 30 days to try to resolve it in good faith. If we can’t, any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Arkansas, and both of us agree to those courts’ jurisdiction.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date, and it applies from then on.
